Whatta Bummer

Our Florida Trip Is set back a week. 

:( 

Me and Dean went all around town Thursday trying to get insurance on his truck

Just to be told that 1. It was either gonna be over 1,000 Dollars to insure, or 

2. Its gonna take at least 4 days to get insured. 

So with us we decided to choose the 4 day insurance thing, Meaning we have to wait till Wednesday at least before the big truck can be back on the road and Legal. 

With Us all bummed out that our plans to leave Saterday Dec. 7th ruined, we just decided to push our leaving date to Saterday Dec. 14th.

:( 

We thought that it would be the best because it will give us time to still get a Car dolly and sell the 86'.

Now....If only we can get people to see what this truck is worth...

Instead of just low ball offers :/

UPDATE:

The Trucks FINALLY back on the road!!!!!

The transmission rebuild took longer than expected. 

...Well I should say the whole putting it back in the truck process took longer than expected.

3 DAYS LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

All because of stupid Torque converter Problem.

A Problem that was invisible to us for 3 days :/

But anyways...The trucks back :)

And so far so good.

:D

That means one check on the checklist :)

We posted the 86 Truck on Craigslist.

We been getting soo many emails, calls and texts from people interested. 

But once they hear/ see 3000 dollars it scares everyone away.

We even say " NEED GONE BY SATERDAY! WILL GO DOWN IN PRICE!"

Just cross your fingers and hope someone comes through and buys this thing. 

...we still need a car dolly!

ohh boy!

CHECKLIST:

Get the 91 back on the road

• Get the 91 all road legal
• A car dolly

• To sell his 1986 Truck
• Pack

Locked Up For A Week

So December 7th is getting closer.

And that means that our Moving day is almost here. 

A little over a week away. 

Still soo much to do. 

But the good news is, that we are already there. 

:)

For the Past week I packed my bags and moved into Deans house so that he dont have to worry about me and can get his transmission put together and his truck back on the road.

So far hes practicly got it together...now time to get it in the truck.

:)

That right there is almost one check on the checklist.

Now we just need: 

• A car dolly
• To sell his 1986 Truck
• Pack

After all of these things are done....

We are Florida Bound :D

CANT WAIT :)

A Weekend At The Hospital

One hectic weekend now in the past, But will never be forgotten!

Friday Deans uncle was put in the hospital. 

Airlifted 2 hours away for Surgery STAT.

He passed out from brain hemerage and needed attention NOW!

The whole family gathered in the waiting room waiting for good news. 

Some when to Hotels to stay the night.

While others just passed out in chairs

Or made beds on the floor. 

Me and dean found ourselfs a little conferance room and fell asleep in there...

Well dean did...I on the other hand didnt sleep that night!

Deans uncle is currently still in the hopsital with amediate attention. 

Family is still coming and going from the hopsital.

The rest of us are waiting around for good news!

"Hard times are just a memory in the Making!"

We are going to try to make today the best we can!

...On second thought...dont we do that everyday??

Less than a month Away...

3 Weeks away...

27 Days away...

However you wanna put it...

But time is ticking!

And days seem to be going by soo fast!

Theres not enough hours in the day to get everything done and ready before we pack our bags and head south.

South to Florida.

We had this trip planned for over a year now.

Me and Dean finally set the date...

Saterday.

December 7th.

We are to be packing both trucks up,

Or on the road Driving that long 21 hour trip.

Im just crossing my fingers and hopeing that everything works out.

And we can get everything done before our times up.

Enough money saved.

And everything planned out.

As of right now we gotta get one trucks transmission out and rebuilt.

Legal on the road.

And ready to haul a Car Dolly behind it.

Then another truck tuned up and ready to go.

Ready to be loaded up on the car dolly.

With a finished paint job.

Thennnn....theres one more truck....

A 1986 chevy that needs to be looked at and fixed up before sold.

Ughhh...like i said...soo many things to do before the 7th.

3 Weeks.

27 Days.

However you wanna put it :/

As you can see his tail was wagging, but that dont mean anything he was just trying to be polite!

Surprise in the Mail

  I ordered Tac these 2 bow tie collars online a while ago. 

But they never came in the mail so i got my money back. 

I was a little upset because i thought that these bow ties would look soo cute on tac.

But when i checked the mail....look what showed up :)

Since i got my money back...I got 2 free collars. 

Im soo excited to post pictures of tac wearing them! 

Too bad hes spending the night at his Auntie Josh's house :( 

But as soon as he comes home....
